Dedicated/Regional CDL Truck Driver - Dry Van

Hiring Area: Anywhere between Aberdeen, and the west side of Chicago including Southern Minnesota, Northern Iowa and Southwestern, WI (the borders being I-29, I-94 and I-80)
Minimum Requirements: (Please be sure you meet the requirements below)
Lanes:  Potential to run lower 48 states.  Deliveries made in SD, IL, IA, TX
Miles: 2500-2700 miles/weekly
Pay: 

• .67 cpm new hires; .68 cpm after 12 months on the account
• Drivers average $1,800  a week (Average annual pay $90,000) to start with a minimum guarantee of $1,188 a week

Schedule: Monday-Friday deliveries, may come in on Saturday or leave on Sunday based on HOS and needs.
Home Time:  Home weekly for a 34-hour restart.  Days at home most Saturday/Sunday
Equipment Types:  2022 Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia ​- Auto Transmission; 53' Dry Van
Freight Types:  90% drop and hook - backhauls are live load/unload
Truck Speed:  65 pedal and cruise
Bonus:  New hire transition bonus $500-paid in full on second paycheck
Accessorial Pay:  

• Drop & Hook:  $20.50
• Stop pay: $29.00
• Delay pay: $20.00
• Hourly rate: $18.00

Parking:  Onsite at distribution center in Aberdeen, SD or another ​approved secure location (must have room for both tractor and trailer)
Other: Drivers are scheduled to work Holidays except Christmas; or the customer specifies that they do not require it. If they do work holidays, they will get paid regular pay plus holiday pay
