Home Time: 

  • Home Weekly for a 34 hour reset with regionalized freight tailored to the drivers needs, we balance the weekly home time you want with the miles to keep you moving.
Running area:
  • Drivers run TX, OK, AR, MS, LA, Western TN 
Average Miles: 
  • Drivers typically run 2,000 miles per week depending on hours of service and availability
Freight Type:
  • Regionalized Freight that is focused in specific regionals, allowing for consistent home time and manageable routes that meet drivers needs.
  • 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop and hook and 40-50% live unload.
Average Length of Haul:
  • 300 miles
Parking:
  • Typically drivers will be parking the tractor and trailer at a safe and secure location at or near their home.  If they do not have parking for both and they live close to the terminal, they can park there during their home time.
Pay and Bonuses:
  • Drivers average $1,200 a week

  • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield, available on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment
Minimum Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 3 months experience (not including time out with the trainer) in the last 3 years - experience must be with no more than two carriers, and driver can have no preventable commercial vehicle accidents/incidents during the 3 months
    • For drivers with less than 6 months of experience, the driver can have no preventable CMV roadway accidents.
    • Drivers that do not have the 3 months of verifiable experience within the last 3 year can go back 5-10 years on verifications. They would just have to do an extensive driving test during orientation
  • For drivers with more than 3 months experience:  No more than 4 jobs in the last year, no more than 6 in the last 2 years and no more than 8 in the last 3 years
  •  Local experience counts as long as it is TT 40 ft or greater!
  • Truck driving school/training doesn’t count as experience. A driver has to have a full 3 months with one carrier to qualify as a first seat driver
