Expected Annual Earnings of $204,000-$240,000
- .89 cpm to .92 cpm
- Extra pay on short lengths of haul
- Home every other weekend for 3 days

- CSA Safety Bonus opportunity every 90 days, $1,025 (if you are Hazmat Endorsed) or $825 + 8 hours Paid Time Off
- On-Road Safety Bonus opportunity of $600 every 90 days
- Anniversary Bonus of $100 for each year of continuous service, paid annually
- Detention pay after only 1 hour
- Hazmat premium pay of $0.04/mile when hauling placarded Hazmat (less than 2% of freight is placarded)
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a valid Class A license
- Must already have a team partner to apply
- Driver MUST have 9 months in the past 15 months OTR experience
- The 9 months must include 2 months of winter driving in December, January, or February
- Team Drivers;
- Team Drivers are now eligible if they have 6 months tractor/trailer when teaming with an experienced Driver
- LOCAL Experience or Training Experience will ONLY count if Driver drove in inclement weather (Not in the SE)
