Pay Features

Door-to-door practical miles—empty & loaded
$1,600 weekly guarantee. If your miles are short (delays, breakdowns, etc.), you’ll still earn the guaranteed amount.
Paid Orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters—$200/day
Activity Pay for the WORK you do, not just the miles you run:
- $30 for pickups & deliveries
- $30 for stop-offs (any customer location in-between pickup and final delivery)
- $70 for initial tarping; $35 for each re-tarping
- $20/hr detention pay (starts after 1 hour)
- Breakdown & layover pay
Oversize Pay is ~$3,600/year! (based on avg. loads per flatbed driver). There are three tiers of oversize pay:
- Tier 1 - less than 10' wide = +$0.10/mile and $50 flat, per load
- Tier 2 - 10' - 12' wide = +$0.15/mile and $75 flat, per load
- Tier 3 - >12' wide = +$0.20/mile and $100 flat, per load
