Balloon Payment (Based on remining truck value) at the end of lease term OR can choose an Extended Lease Term (typically an additional year or more) and owe just $5,000 at the end of the term (drivers may be able to cover the $5,000 by using their bond balance).

Mileage Pay $1.20 + Fuel Surcharge + $275 per unload + $25 stop pay + $50 backhaul pay

2021-2024 Freightliners, with or without APU

Average weekly payments $450-$610 per week based on miles, year, model, and APU option

Lease terms between 60-150 weeks based on miles, year, model, and APU option

This account operates in ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, IN

Drivers will get a full 34-hour reset based on the needs of the customer, delivery days, and market

Drivers can expect to average $3,600 per week gross, $187,000 annually

Each driver can average 1,700 miles per week and expect to pull at least 3 loads per week

Each load is multi-stop an can have as many as 4 stops per trailer and loaded with an average of 3,500 pieces total load and is 100% driver touch unload using roller ramps

Orientation will likely be held in Marham, IL; There is no orientation pay for Lease Operators (typically 3 days)
There is a 1 week ride along with a current driver on the account at $150/Day

FYI: Many drivers believe that lease drivers earn more than company drivers, but that’s not typically the case. Lease purchase programs are usually designed to give drivers the opportunity to own their own truck and eventually transition into higher earnings as independent contractors—without the need to secure a loan or provide upfront capital. 

Minimum Requirements:
Must have a valid Class A CDL
Experience must be T/T. Trailers must be greater than 40 feet. Will count local experience.
