Balloon Payment (Based on remining truck value) at the end of lease term OR can choose an Extended Lease Term (typically an additional year or more) and owe just $5,000 at the end of the term (drivers may be able to cover the $5,000 by using their bond balance).

Mileage Pay $1.02 + Fuel Surcharge

2021-2024 Freightliners, with or without APU

Average weekly payments $450-$610 per week based on miles, year, model, and APU option

Lease terms between 60-150 weeks based on miles, year, model, and APU option

States delivered to:  NC, VA, MD, TN

Home 2-3 times per week with 34-hour resets at home

50% night driving required

Average weekly gross pay is $2,600 before expenses with top earners averaging $3,100 per week before expenses

Average 2,300 miles per week with the ability to run 2,500 miles and complete 4 loads weekly
Must be comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays within your scheduled week

Dry, no-touch freight 0 90% drop & hook, 10% live unload

Loads depart from the DC between 0800-2359
All stores are within 400 miles of the Newton distribution center
Orientation will likely be held in Duncan, SC; There is no orientation pay for Lease Operators (typically 3 days)

FYI: Many drivers believe that lease drivers earn more than company drivers, but that’s not typically the case. Lease purchase programs are usually designed to give drivers the opportunity to own their own truck and eventually transition into higher earnings as independent contractors—without the need to secure a loan or provide upfront capital. 

Minimum Requirements:
Must have a valid Class A CDL
Experience must be T/T. Trailers must be greater than 40 feet. Will count local experience.
