Earning Potential

Earn $76-85K your first year!
- New drivers average $1,500 - $1,725 per week (Based on experience)
Increase your earning potential with tenure, Driver Scorecard, and Certified RED programs!
Fleet Top 30% earn $1,775 - $2,100 per week ($93-110K per year)

Pay Features

Door to door practical miles—empty & loaded
$1,300 - $1,400 weekly guarantee (based on exp). If your miles are short (delays, breakdowns, etc.) you’ll still earn the guaranteed amount.
Paid Orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters—$200/day
Activity Pay for the WORK you do, not just the miles you run:
- $20 for pickups & deliveries
- $12 for trailer relays and shuttles
- $20/hr detention pay (starts after 1 hour)
- $270-$280/day layover pay

Road Warrior Program (optional)–out 3-4 weeks
