Dedicated/Regional CDL Truck Driver - Home Every Week
NO SAP DRIVERS!
Minimum Requirements:
- $5,000 sign on bonus (paid out in 10 monthly installments of $500)
- Hiring Area: New York; North of I-80 in PA and NJ; Rutland, VT to Lebanon, NH to Conway, NH to Bangor, ME or South or South of any of those cities in those states
- Running Area: NY, MA, RI, NJ, PA, CT, ME, VT, NH
- Home Time: Weekly - 5 1/2 day work schedule. Home at least for a 34 hour reset. NOT off on weekends
- Average 900-1200 miles a week
- Less than 5% dead head
- Targeted Account Plan Pay:
- Performance based pay averages of $1300-$1980 a week
- $205 per day (6 days (5.5 days but they are paid a 6th day) $1230 a week
- $250 per trailer (3 trailers per week) $750 a week
- Doubles endorsement preferred but not required. For those that do have a doubles endorsement the trailers will be taken to a drop point to split. Each trailer will deliver separately to store locations.
- Preloaded, Multi stop, 100% Driver unload; will hand off load using a set of rollers
- Full manual/driver off load: Goal- 3 loads per week 40/k lbs per trailer
- Off load averages: 300,400 pcs her hour
- Our drivers are our front line! Great customer service and communication are key
- TEAM WORK: Our groups work as a team, positive driver communication is huge for us and the customer
- Extremely tight backing: our drivers back more in one day than an OTR driver does in a week
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a valid Class A license within the state of residence to apply
- Must have at least 12 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
