CDL A Driver | $30.50/hr | Summerville, SC | 3rd shift  

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Summerville, SC. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Driver Details 

• Schedule: Thurs-Sat 8am-5pm

• Pay:  $30.50 per hour

• Route Type: local

• Freight / Load Type: electronics 

• Equipment: 53' trailer

• Handling: Assist loading and unloading if needed

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A 

• Experience: 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: Med Card within the last 6 months

• Equipment Experience: Reefer or Dry van

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate 53' trailers on local routes 

• Transport electronics in accordance with DOT and company safety standards to Moncks Corner

• Perform required handling tasks including assisting with loading and unloading when needed
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including scanning inventory
