Job Details
- Shuttling local freight for Worthington Industries in Columbus, OH
- 10.5 hr shifts (x4/week, ~40-42 weekly hours)
- Day Shift position
- Expect 1-2 additional weekly shifts 10-20% of the time (~5-10 weeks per year). May include covering weekend or non-traditional shift.
- Earn more for additional shifts (see pay section below)
Earning Potential & Pay Features
- $30/hour or approx. $1,260 per week
- +1 shift, earn approx. $1,575
- +2 shifts, earn approx. $1,890
- $70-$76K annual earnings, depending on shifts covered, quarterly bonus, etc
- Quarterly Scorecard Bonus Program - avg. driver earns $1,150 per quarter (high can be $1,300-$1,800!)
- Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonus! Share in Nussbaum's financial success.

Early Exit Option

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL A
- Minimum age of 21
- 6 months of recent experience
- No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
- Meet all other Nussbaum requirements
- Hazmat endorsement required. (Nussbaum will cover/reimburse associated costs)
