Earning Potential & Pay Features

Home Time
- Home weekly. Drivers on this account averaged ~56hrs per weekend over the past year.
- Could potentially get home 1-2 times during the week (if domiciling in/near Manistee, MI)
- Saturday loads are possible
- Missing a weekend at home is rare (1-2% of the time) but can happen
Job Details
- Assigned Freightliner Cascadia (full sleeper)
- No-touch freight
- Majority of work is day driving but could include some early morning leave outs (03:00-04:00) as well as late evenings. You will need to be flexible.
- Pickups in Manistee, Michigan and delivering to locations in Illinois and Indiana. Backhauls to Michigan.
Early Exit Option
We believe in the jobs we offer, and we're confident you'll find a home here. But, if you decide in the first 90 days that Nussbaum isn't the right fit, we'll help you transition out with a $1,000 payout. No gimmicks or strings attached. Must haul for 30 days and separate before 90 days.

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL A
- Minimum age of 21
- 6 months of recent experience OR complete our training program
- No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
- Meet all other Nussbaum requirements
