Minimum Requirements:
- SIGN ON BONUS $5,000- paid out at $500 each month for 10 months
- Hiring Area: 120 mile radius of Marengo, OH; (50 mile radius of Toledo, OH, Cleveland, OH, Dayton, OH, Cincinnati, OH and Pittsburgh, PA
- Running Area: OH, KY, WV, PA E, MI W, MA, NY W
- Home Time: Weekly - 5 1/2 day work schedule. Home at least for a 34 hour reset. Not OFF on weekends!
- Targeted Account Plan Pay:
- Performance based pay averages of $1300-$1980 a week
- $205 per day (6 days (5.5 days but they are paid a 6th day) $1230 a week
- $250 per trailer (3-4 trailers per week) $750-$1,000 a week
- Preloaded, Multi stop, 100 % Driver unload; will hand off load using a set of rollers
- Drivers will be required to be under loads for home time, no DH or OOR miles which includes no set days off, they will be based on home areas and each will get a 34 hour restart weekly.
- Extremely tight backing: our drivers back more in one day than an OTR driver does in a week
- Full manual/driver off load: Goal- 3 loads per week 40/k lbs per trailer Off load averages: 500 PCS per hr
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a valid Class A license within the state of residence to apply
- Must have at least 12 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
