- Dedicated Team driving position
- $0.72 base CPM to start – bonus rate kicks in shortly after starting
- 6,076 miles per week
- $228,000-$240,000+ first year earnings, with much higher future potential
- Increase your earnings via:
- Bonus program – average increase around $0.035-$0.04/mile. Some drivers increase as much as $0.07-$0.08/mile
- Driver development program – Certified Red – potential increase up to $0.07/mile over time
- Profit sharing – Varies based on company performance. Average year is worth roughly $0.02/mile while a strong year could be worth as much as $0.04+/mile.
- Employee Stock Ownership Plan - Average year is worth roughly $0.03-$0.04/mile
- Late model, Freightliner Cascadia
- Home each weekend and twice during the week

- Must have current Class A license
- Minimum 6+ months of recent Class A experience
- True Team (must be a pre-matched team)
