Hiring Area: 75-mile radius of Dayton, OH 1700 E Monument Ave, Dayton, OH 45402
Must Have Hazmat Endorsements. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Type of Trucks: 2020-2023 Freightliner or Kenworth w/auto transmission Governed at 65 mph with refrigerators. 53’ dry van trailers, with Swing Doors. Truck Will Be Assigned to driver & Parked at the Warehouse in Dayton, Oh. No Slip Seating.
Driver Pay: Average $1495 Weekly $76,248 Annually $500 SIGN ON BONUS on 2nd paycheck.
Schedule: Based on customer needs and route type. Generally departure times are dictated by the run and vary between 0500 – 0900. This is a 24/7 operation, so they do work weekends, but the schedule is specific to the route that the employee is driving.
Home Time: Home for 34-hr Reset day could vary depending on customer shipping days. Drivers will work Holidays except Christmas
Job Duties: Drivers Will Pick up 53’ dry van trailer in Dayton, OH making deliveries
& pickups to various customers & warehouses in Fort Wayne, IN, Elkhart, IN, & Chicago, IL. Before Returning Back to Dayton, Oh. Departure times Out of Dayton, oh run between 0500–0900.
Freight Type: Drop & hook & tailgating Freight to back of trailer to be unloaded. Drivers may have to lift boxes (up to 50 lbs.) to move to the back of the Trailer with a manual pallet jack. 20% of the loads will be broken down locomotive parts.

MAJOR PREVENTABLE DOT RECORDABLE ACCIDENTS: 0 in the last 1 yr. (U-TURN, RUN UNDER, HIGH SPEED REAR END & LANE CHANGE). 1 in 2 yrs. NO AT FAULT ROLLOVER or JACKKNIFE DOT Accidents in the last 3 yrs. MINOR MOVING VIOLATIONS & PSP: No more than 3 in the last 3 yrs. NON-DOT PREVENTABLE ACCIDENTS: No More than 1 in the Last 1 yr. & 3 in 3 yrs. 1 DWI: 5 yrs. old 2 DWI’s both must be 7 yrs old. PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN TYPE: both URINE & HAIR FOLLICLE TEST.
Experience Requirements: 6 mo. in 1 Yr., 1 yr. in the last 2 yrs., 2 yrs IN 3 yrs., 3 yrs. IN 5 yrs., 4 yrs. IN 7 yrs. & 10 yrs. in 14 yrs. of Local, Regional or OTR Pulling Tractor Trailer of at least 45 ft. in length. Cannot count School or riding with a trainer. (MUST BE SOLO EXPERIENCE). CDL JOBS: 3 In The last 12 mos. 8 in the last 3 yrs. UNEMPLOYMENT: No More than 3 mos. In the last 12 mos. & 12 mos. in 3 yrs.
