Hiring Area: 75-mile radius of Fremont, OH or 50-mile radius of Medina, OH 75-mile radius of South Bend, IN 50-mile radius of Cleveland, OH; Erie, PA; Buffalo, NY & anywhere between these locations on I-90
Must Have Hazmat Endorsements. Steel toe boots, gloves, safety vest. 12 months recent experience - 6 of the 12 months must be flatbed experience
Must have winter driving experience
Type of Trucks: 2020-2023 Freightliner or Kenworth trucks w/auto transmission. Step deck flatbed trailers. Pets & Passengers Allowed. Must Have a Secure Location to Park Truck & Trailer.
Driver Pay: Avg $1,725-1,825 Weekly Annual $90,000-$95,000 SIGN ON BONUS $500 on 2nd paycheck.
Schedule: 5-6 day week. Starts can vary Sun-Tues. 1-4 routes per week. Layovers required: 1-4 per week.
Home Time: Minimum of a 34 hour restart over the weekend, usually Fri-Sun or Sat to Mon.
Job Duties: Drivers Will Pick up a Preloaded Flatbed Trailer at a Distribution Center in Fremont Oh & run to various Customers in the eastern half of the United State (No NYC) Driver will be hauling 25 to 30 empties 500-gallon Propane tanks & will have to assist in Load Securement at each Stop.

MAJOR PREVENTABLE DOT RECORDABLE ACCIDENTS: 0 in the last 1 yr. (U-TURN, RUN UNDER, HIGH SPEED REAR END & LANE CHANGE). 1 in 2 yrs. NO AT FAULT ROLLOVER or JACKKNIFE DOT Accidents in the last 3 yrs. MINOR MOVING VIOLATIONS & PSP: No more than 3 in the last 3 yrs. NON-DOT PREVENTABLE ACCIDENTS: No More than 1 in the Last 1 yr. & 3 in 3 yrs. 1 DWI: 5 yrs. old 2 DWI’s both must be 7 yrs old. PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN TYPE: both URINE & HAIR FOLLICLE TEST.
Experience Requirements: 1 yr. in the last 2 yrs., 2 yrs IN 3 yrs., 3 yrs. IN 5 yrs., 4 yrs. IN 7 yrs. & 10 yrs. in 14 yrs. of Local, Regional or OTR Pulling Tractor Trailer of at least 45 ft. in length. Cannot count School or riding with a trainer. (MUST BE SOLO EXPERIENCE). CDL JOBS: 3 In The last 12 mos. 8 in the last 3 yrs. UNEMPLOYMENT: No More than 3 mos. In the last 12 mos. & 12 mos. in 3 yrs.
