REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Class A, current medical card
Hazmat Endorsement
2 Years CDL A Driving
No more than 1 traffic violation in last 2 years, no at-fault accidents in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in last 5 years (1 per lifetime).
