Earning Potential & Pay Features
- $1,500 - $1,650 avg. weekly earnings
- Real pay figures from drivers currently on this account
- $1,475 minimum weekly guarantee (in case miles are short due to delays, traffic, breakdowns, etc.)
- $75 per load that includes touch freight (approx. 1-3/month)
- $0.61/mile starting rate
- Increase your rate through tenure and bonus programs!
- Door to door practical miles—empty & loaded
- Paid Orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters—$200/day
Home Time
- Strong weekend home time. 50-60+ hours is common.
- In addition, could potentially get home 2-3 times during the week! (Depends on your domicile and loads that week. Closer to Louisville makes it more likely). Ask your Driver Hiring Manager for more details.
Job Details
- Regional position.
- This run involves evening/night/early-am driving.
- Dedicated lane delivering appliances. Pickups are in Louisville, KY.
Early Exit Option
We believe in the jobs we offer, and we're confident you'll find a home here. But, if you decide in the first 90 days that Nussbaum isn't the right fit, we'll help you transition out with a $1,000 payout. No gimmicks or strings attached. Must haul for 30 days and separate before 90 days.

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL A
- Minimum age of 21
- 6 months of recent experience OR complete our training program
- No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
- Meet all other Nussbaum requirements
