Local CDL A Driver - $30 Per Hour - Sign On Bonus  

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Ladson, SC. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5am - 6am Start time

• Pay:  $30 Per Hour

• Route Type: Local Port work

• Equipment: Container and Dry Van

• Handling: No touch freight

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A  

• Experience: 5+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: Hazmat, TWIC Card, NO Auto Restrictions, additional endorsements may qualify for higher pay

• Equipment Experience: Must have Port experience

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
