TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support Local operations based in Sparrows Pt, MD. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Local CDL A Driver Job Details:

• Schedule: 5am - 5pm, Monday - Saturday, Home - Daily
• Pay: $281/per day ($1690 weekly)
• Route Type: Local
• Freight / Load Type: Flatbed
• Equipment: Moffett
• Handling: Light Touch

Local CDL A Driver Job Minimum Requirements:

• License: CDL A 
• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Endorsements: None
• Equipment Experience: Flatbed / Moffett
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

Local CDL A Driver Job Responsibilities: 

• Safely operate Flatbed with Moffett on Local routes
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks including unloading with a Moffett at customers homes
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including using a moffett and putting the straps and equipment away
