CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver - Local - $30 Per Hour Straight Time + Incentives

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Phoenix, AZ. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Driver Details 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4AM Start time, home daily, immediate start!
• Pay: $30 Per hour straight time + Incentive pay based on loads hauled
• Route Type: Local deliveries
• Freight / Load Type: Drywall and building supplies
• Equipment: Flatbed
• Handling: Strapping and Tarping

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A
• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 
• Equipment Experience: 6 months Flatbed experience preferred
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) 
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate a flatbed on local routes 
• Transport building materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 
• Perform required handling tasks, including strapping and tarping
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including strapping and tarping.
