The Numbers:
• Base Pay: $0.48 – $0.54 CPM (Based on experience)
• Production Bonuses: Up to +$0.07 CPM (Mileage & MPG incentives)
• Minimum Guarantee: 2,500 miles per week minimum
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
• Clean Inspection Bonus: $50 – $100
The Lifestyle & Equipment:
• Home Time: Home at least every 2 weeks
• Equipment: 2022 or newer tractors; trailers under 5 years old
• Rider Policy: Spouse & children (14+) welcome from Day 1
• Pet Policy: Pet friendly! $250 refundable deposit
• Paid weekly (All dispatched miles paid)

REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL OTR experience.
License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
MVR/Safety: Clean driving record with a solid history of safe driving practices.
Compliance: Full working knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
Capability: Ability to handle the physical demands of long OTR hours and stay safe on the road.
