Our over-the-road (OTR) van division provides steady miles, competitive, consistent pay, and guaranteed weekly minimums to help you reach your financial goals and still get home when it matters most.

What we offer

  • Guaranteed $1,300/week minimum pay for your first 12 weeks
  • Start at 60-62 cents per mile(CPM), based on experience
    • Top 50% of drivers earning $1,500+ | Top 20% of drivers earning $1,900+
  • $1,000 orientation completion bonus

  • Tiered weekly mileage bonus— run more, make more!
    • 1,900-1,999 miles: extra $100
    • 2,000-2,099 miles: extra $150
    • 2,100+ miles: extra $200

Company Driver Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years old
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • At least six months of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) experience
  • Meet Dept. of Trans. (DOT) qualifications
  • Safe driving record and stable work history
