ATS helps flatbed drivers build the skills and experience needed to move into over-dimensional and heavy haul freight across North America, with resources that teach you how to:

  • Properly secure and tie down large, complex loads
  • Work safely with pilot cars and police escorts
  • Navigate permitting, routing, and safety requirements
  • Earn the confidence and credentials to become a professional heavy haul driver

What We Offer
  • Guaranteed $1,400/week pay for your first 12 weeks
  • Start at 60-65 cents per mile(CPM), based on experience, plus accessorials
    • Top 50% of drivers earning $1,500+ | Top 20% of drivers earning $2,000+
    • Average total compensation: 79 CPM (base 60 CPM + tarp pay + over-dimensional pay + drop pay + other accessorials). Actual earnings vary. 
  • $1,000 orientation completion bonus
  • 50% over-dimensional pay + increased tarping pay

Company Driver Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years old
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • At least six months of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) experience
  • Meet Dept. of Trans. (DOT) qualifications
  • Safe, stable work history
