3 days a week(more if you request it) predictable routes after awhile, you get paid for 40 hours as long as you do your 3 day minimum.

Everything. They lied about providing health insurance. I didn’t find that out until I went to enroll. Instead, it’s a “supplement to actual health insurance” and is just as expensive as real health insurance. No 401k, no other time off options other than PTO that is accrued at the slowest rate I’ve ever seen from an employer. Management is disrespectful and treats you like you’re beneath them. Bad “dispatch” team that doesn’t know half of what they should and is pretty redundant considering ROC
