Poor Dispatchers no respect and rude I called to book a load and couldn’t talk and was hung up on because dispatcher didn’t understand what I was saying because he kept cutting me off from speaking

I work in la porte texas. This company hired illegals whit fake paper's. Dispach. Rene martinez and mule driver. The loaders working inside the greif warehouse too i told human resources. Supervisor bryan. And he don't care.

New equipment. Apu, elogs. Van/flat/RGN. My average check is 800 to 1000. Mileage pay .46 to .47cpm or percentage at 27%to 29%. Average miles 2400. 60% drop hook van side. 48 state carrier. Easy East coast runs some drop hook on east coast coming straight back to Indiana and Texas. You don't run an area where you don't wanna run. Home time every weekend but usually 34hr reset. Depends on location but will work with you. Plane ticket to orientation. Paid orientation. Lunch provided, dinner they give 15$ cash. Van to use while at orientation. Terminal location... Fort Wayne In, Indianapolis In, Houston Texas, Pittsburgh PA,

Pros

Break down pay, Layover pay 150$ plus 30 meal so 180$ a day. Always loaded and if no load get layover pay. Good weeks bad weeks. Paid holidays. Vacation days 7 during first year after year 10 days. Home for Thanksgiving and Christmas, 4th July, New year's. Paid weekly. Insurance. Easy to get ahold of someone.

Cons

Fort Wayne Shop tends be slow like dial up internet and never answers the phone. Indianapolis shop always answers the phone or calls you back in 10 to 20 mins and gets stuff done. Indianapolis shop is A++++. Weekend breakdown is a joke but weekend dispatch gets bill paid. Some occasionally weekend work. Maybe 6 times this year. Not many. It is trucking and it what it is.
