I will make this simple, you can decide if you want to work for this company or not. I will tell you based on the company as a whole and not just the terminal because each terminal is different. Pro: Competitive pay No force dispatch Con: Empty promises Force safety hold Driver pay for chassis road break down It's either the company way or no way Driver has no value Summery; The company will try to find you as much load as possible to keep the driver rolling. The company also hire drivers regardless if there are work or not. (you are just a replacement, if you can't tolerate it, quit.) The company pick quantities over quality, this is why their CSA score is lower than average compare to companies that are in the same industry in your area. Safety team has knowledge ...... on paper. No real world experience, hence why you get put on forced safety hold (if they think it's the reason is reasonable). They read, they learn, they go by the book, they are missing 100% of the real world experience, thus missing the key factor in safety, anything they say, goes. Even though it does not go against the rules by the FMCSA. (They make their own rules and they mandate it.) Annual Fed inspection also goes by the shop and not the driver. Anything the shop tell safety that is not safe, they put you on safety hold until it is fixed. Have a wet spot? losing 2 PSI of air in 1 minute? You bet, you are put out of service. According to safety, wet spot is considered leaking and losing even 1 PSI of air per minute is deemed unsafe. All breakdown, you pay for it. No if's, and's or but's. Regarding if it's a tire to lights to whatever, if you took it, you pay for it if it failed halfway to the destination. Terminal, each terminal is different. But every situations and concerns that is address to the TM needs to go to region then to Corp to get it approved regardless if it's fixing a light in the yard or a fence that is half missing or filling up pot holes to snow removal. It wont get done unless Corp approves it and if they don't, good luck. I can go on and on about how this company work but there isn't really any point. You should have a fair idea how this company operates by reading this. If you are working for a hard working terminal then you will be ok, if you are working for a terminal that can't stand up for themselves and get in the corp face then you will suffer miserably. But, if you are working for a hard working terminal that is all for the team then you can say that the TM won't be there for long. They want the TM to semi-control the drivers even though WE ARE IC. The company itself is good, no doubt about that. The downside comes down to how Corp office work. They will stick up for themselves only and not anyone else. This is where the empty promises comes in. Did I mention that if they want to remove certain pays they will and you can't fight against it? They give you 45 days to dispute the pay but the company gets an unlimited amount of time to deduct your pay as soon as the next settle if they somehow gave you an extra penny. If you did dispute the pay however, they wont get to it until 6 months later and you guessed it, it's past 45 days so, you don't get paid, instead, during tax time, file a report against the pay and let the IRS deal with them. Read the terms and conditions when you sign up with the company, it is stated in there.

Mobile terminal is awful. Has there pick drivers that gets all the work. While they will let other drivers sit home for weeks with no runs at all. Dispatcher is a joke. Has no clue about the trucking industry. Will short your check every week. Then get mad if you question about a load you didn’t get paid on. Gotta watch your check like a hawk. Stay away don’t waste your time. Your family deserves a lot better place than this one. My experience is with mobile terminal. No sure about the other terminals.

Pros

There is no pros awful place. Stay away

Cons

Management lame, dispatcher spend more time outside of the office to conduct private talks and don't care about drivers calls. Constantly have to remind to pay for moves, bobtails and bare chassis moves are not paid. Think twice to work for them.

Pros

Home time no work

Cons

Very low pay.

Management in Mobile,Al is terrible. Low paying runs and every other day work. They will tell you they have plenty of work but it’s a lie! They will try to charge the driver for repairs on the chassis and tires. The safety department is a joke also. You definitely can’t make any money working for this company, especially now the pay has went to mileage pay. If I could give less then one star I would. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Pros

NONE!!

Cons

Low pay and management is VERY BAD!!!
