Company is a great company, equipment is second to nobody else in the industry, they get you home when you ask, pay is good, just got two pay increases, you never sit! If you like to run, you'll love it here. They treat like family and the are very respectful, you never here well that's just Trucking. The best company I've ever worked for. I normally stay out for three or sometimes four weeks and I take off five, six or seven days. Big customers are HON, which is office furniture and Hormel. Have some live loads & unloads, but majority of my loads are drop & hooks, trucks governed at 70MPH. If you love to drive, then you will love it here. Driver manager don't bother you and I can go talk to anyone in the office anytime like you'd talk to anyone, they a very down to earth. If you do not like it here, I do not know what to tell you!

Great company to work for but I will be going back to hauling cattle. The dry van and reefer industry is just not my cup of tea. I am only leaving for that reason. I would still highly recommend this company to anyone that is OTR
