RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. LIARS ABT EVERYTHING. I KNEW I WAS IN TROUBLE DAY 1 WHEN I TOLD SHOTGUN RIDER IN TEST OUT THE TRUCK WOULDNT "GO" HE SAID "PUSH IT TO THE FLOOR."

YOU ARE ABLE TO LEAVE. MORE TRUCKS SIT IDLE ON THEIR YANKEE YARD THAN HAVE IDIOTS TO DRIVE FOR THEM.

Mgmt extremely immature and child-like. Sense of being back in high school on daily basis. Toxic environment. Favoritism. Bullying. From top mgmt down to dispatch.

Lots of sitting without communication from dispatchers or managers. Don't be in need of assistance after normal business hours, home terminal dispatch and manager couldn't be reached. Would have to call upper echelon in IL to get help. The equipment was relatively modern. Miles were hit and miss, never managed more than 2300 a week at a dismal .35 per mile. Guaranteed home every weekend. Mostly van freight brokered loads, often times with misinformation leading to unnecessary extra wait time. Occasionally pulled containers.

Hard to reach dispatch Stranded for 1.5 days without word on load a couple times (not compensated) FM was childish, put others personal business out in the open.
