Bad company and they will fired you for no reason and doing orientation they don’t care if u fired so this job sucks

This company lies to you and they don’t care the driver but numbers and please don’t come here and if u sick or have disabilities they won’t hire u or they will get rid of u they need be sued and if anyone comes here u be out two months before you get time off

You will sit in orientation for 3 days and all they do is tell you if you do this you are fired, they are not driver first they straight up told us in orientation that money comes before the driver. This place is huge on Micro Management if you want your phone to ring 19 times a day this is the place for you

Made $85k first full year working here. I was having a problem with my dispatcher not getting me home on time and not communicating. I called up to the supervisor and was immediately given options to swap to a new one to try it out and was told if it didn’t work to please tell them so they can find a good fit. They were very understanding and I now have a great dispatcher who always communicates everything I need to be successful. They are very focus and never shy away from getting something repaired if the driver feels it’s a concern or at least having a shop look at it to determine the next step. I don’t receive random check ups and only hear from dispatch if there is a new load or special info for a pickup/delivery. Yes safety will call you or message if they see something unsafe, but they are also understanding of situations and realize that trucking can be unpredictable at times. 2500-3300 miles per week usually on the higher end. (I requested a 3000 mile average, so this will very based on what you ask for)
