They will give you two weeks of great pay. And then the truck breaks down. And then they give you a rental truck that cost more than the agreement, and the rental truck has no inverter,no APU,and has idle shutoff. Try driving in December from Wisconsin to Boston

This said there is a shortage of Drivers. Drivers do not just leave Because they are happy. People say they care about the drivers while they're rubbing them blind and doing all the other stuff

You get paid percentage so some weeks are decent but most are terrible you will have lots of downtime sitting at places waiting to unload

For starters there is a BIG lack of communication between dispatch and safety. Also the ELD is new and JUNK. They had Peoplenet and switched to a new and cheaper company. Plus added cameras and CMS which we all know doesn't work like it is suppose to. Pay is .04 cents lower than other companies. Can only fuel at Loves.

Good equipment, home time they could pay reefer haulers a little more, but overall it's a good company to work for just wish there communication was better
