To help keep truckers safe, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is planning to distribute 1 million masks to drivers nationwide. Unfortunately, between limited supplies and limited locations, many truckers may have difficulty getting their hands on one.
Distributing the masks has been a joint effort between the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the Department of Transportation. The masks will be made available at locations in Arkansas, California, Georgia, Illinois, Nebraska, New York, and Texas.
While some locations were planning to distribute masks starting as early as April 29th, other locations are likely to come online in the coming days.
A total of around 800,000 masks will be distributed to individual drivers, while around 200,000 have been sent to motor carriers so that they can distribute them to drivers.

You wanna help truckers out? Shove your masks and stop over-regulating this industry.
Keith says
I second that. Masks are not needed for the plandemic. What’s needed is for people to get back to work.
Jigga says
I dont get it, what the F#$@ are the mask really accomplishing. You got other openings to the body (eyes and ears). We were told only a certain mask would actually help keep people from getting this virus. Now, you see people just wearing whatever, I even seen a trucker using underwear as a mask. The same with social distancing, how is standing a couple more feet away actually stopping spreading a so-called airborne virus. The S#@$ is ridiculous and it just dont make any sense to me.

Agreed! Only a few months ago, if you walked into a store with a mask on, they’d be reaching under the counter for a shotgun and the emergency alarm button. Anyway, I think most of the country is getting over this bull. Only in Pennsylvania (so far) are they still demanding the mask before entry.
Robert McBride says
It’s all part of the bigger plan, and take notice, the distribution in Texas is at the scales.. so pull in get put out of service or fined for some BS violation, and get a free mask..
T.D. says
Last week, Iowa east inbound weigh station was offering free lunch (Chicken or Barbeque plates) with a free mask, if you volunteered for a Level 2. Such a deal! (sarcasm)
Eathon Innis says
The facemask helps you not to pass it on to others. I would like to receive a little hazardous pay. More importantly I would like to be able to be tested.
Be part of the solution. Thank you fellow Trucker’s.
Stephen says
Hard luck for me, I do not go anywhere near those locations
Michael Feliciano says
Drive into the lion’s mouth and get a free mask.🙉🙉
