K&B is a good company if your wanting OTR. I have been here for 4 year and with my raise in May will have seen 13 cents in pay raises since I started here. They seem to always stay very competitive on pay, the guarantee is very nice and something that isn't required much, maybe 5 times a year but it is always paid. Also like the midwest lanes. I am not crazy about the new autoshift. I prefer manuals. The rest of the cons are just standard negatives that go with being a truck driver, lack of parking, respect, over regulations, etc.
