This is the best job I have had. I have been here just over 2 years and have 3 CPM in raises, get great miles and get home on time unlike other carriers I worked at. My last job got me 2000 miles a weak and home a week late. My dispatcher AJ is cool, he takes care of all of my needs and deals with me. At the end of the day I have a job I don't find myself wanting to leave like other jobs, instead one I want to stick around at. Good pay, good equipment, always home on time. All my needs are taken care of. There are negatives and headaches to trucking, honestly at least here they make the negatives you see everywhere tolerable. The fact is if I have an issue I call and its generally taken care of for me.
