The trucks dont seem to run right. I just started with this company as I am in desperate need for income at the moment. It turns out what I've heard seems to be true as the owner does keep some of my check for himself. He even told me I needed to use part of my check towards fuel until I get down to Manchester, TN. What a joke.

Trucks are crap. They are never worked on right. You'll be at least once on every week. The pay is crap. The home time is crap. Honestly most of this company is crap.

Pros

If you don't like home time you're good

Cons

The trucks. The boss. The workers.

The owner takes some of your pay for himself. You have to threaten to not work to even get the trucks fixed. Not only that but a lot of the time you have to sit for fuel money and sit to even get loads. All the trucks are in terrible conditions and always gets pulled in to get insepected (it happened twice in 2 days). I have no idea how this company is still up. Avoid working here. I promise it'll be the best thing you do.

This company wants all of their drivers to bypass all scales...why ??? I have been driving for 32 years in this industry with a spotless driving record...now I have to go to court in Illinois on August 8 for his fuel tax and vehicle registration being revoked by the state of Wisconsin and sending me out in the truck with paperwork showing valid cab CARD ins. And IFTA ....ALL WAS B.S.

Pros

There are no pros. For this company

Cons

You never know what you will get paid on each run...30% of load after fuel...never see the paperwork
