I couldn’t have chosen a better company. My pay as employee who doesn't own any equipment just keeps climbing higher and higher each month. Seems to me that after a driver has proven there driving abilities the good paying loads start being offered. That’s just my opinion. The pay is percentage. I’d never go back to cpm.

Equipment is top notch. I'm home every weekend unless I choose to stay out. We are paid a percentage of the load. The percentage could be higher in my opinion but I made very good money as it is.

Pros

Trucks are very nice with new ones rolling in. They keep me loaded and rolling.

Cons

Percentage pay could be bumped up a bit, health insurance could always be better.

If you don’t like money I highly recommend this company. Driver pay sucks there. I am more then 26 yrs experienced and was payed like I was out of school driver. I am guessing more goes into their image, Race cars, and the Appearance of the equipment. What a bad choice I made. Lowest pay I’ve ever made in 3 months of employment. I am sure this post will be erased quickly. Think twice about this company.
