A company that wants a driver to do what they tell them to do. I refuse to run a route that put my life in harm's way, asked to do it, or come get your stuff out their truck. Got my stuff out their truck. Very unprofessional. I would not refer any one to Leon Jones. 3 weeks employed forced out.

Great company to work for. Home every night. Wish we had better trailer but also they were good but people “drivers” don’t take care of them.

Leon Jones is Bad joke due to Nathan Bottoms! He is a crook! He was supposed to turn how many loads I had but never did! I had to call repeatedly and go through payroll to explain that he told me he shouldn't pay me based off of my driving abilities. Nathan never seen me drive! I received a fax that I had to unfortunately ask for showing that I had worked for Leon Jones. Nathan with his preschool signature sent back that I hadn't worked there and that I wasn't an employee because I failed the road test. Don't waste your time! I was supposed to get paid $480 but got a check without any deductions for $118, but hey if I didn't work there then Let's n Jones is given out free money! I've got proof of check and letter from Nathan Bottoms. BEWARE!, HE IS A THEIF AND A LIAR!!!!
