Worst company even They are Russian They rush and rob you They dispatchers are not educated The edit loads and make mistakes You only work to pay for the truck you drive not own !!!!! You pay for diesel and tolls You never make no real money Cause the steal it all This company should burn in #### Oh and they mess with your clock , don’t find you loads to pay you only loads to pay them They are not even in Chicago the run out of Russia

First few checks are good to grease you up and then they unload the cheap freight on you and you make less than company drivers and are just paying off their equipment. Typical scam lease purchase company in the Chicago area.

No communication no nothing after 4pm can't see me going after this 2 week notice already in no good place to work my loads always on time 1000 miles a day in a half ###### pay

Hi my name is Rodney and my experience with Select One so far had been great. Starting with recruiting all the way through the hiring process down to my dispatcher. I mean I haven't been to an orientation where they feed you in a while,lol but forreal. My dispatcher Nate and his crew is just awesome. Sometimes it seems like you are fixing to have a bad week then all of a sudden bam you meet a good gross to make a profit. Don't know weather to call him a magician or a really good quarterback cause he really gets the job done. I'm talking Payton Manning in the 4th quarter.lol. Just like some trucking companies you will have those times but just stick in there and I promise the sun will shine again.
