Spears has come a long way since the new owners took over in 2015. They recently rolled out a new percentage pay that I have been averaging $0.64 a mile. Home-time and being able to schedule off when I need to has made my wife a happy woman. I am happy here and I look forward to spending many more years driving for this company.

Home-Time, Family atmosphere, Home most weekends.
