Maintenance issues on faulty equipment. No breakdown pay. If you can't run because your truck is down then you make no money

Pros

Cool looking trucks when they work

Cons

They don't maintain their equipment leading to too much down time which is unpaid

This is the worst company to work for.terminal managers are rude and ignorant ,dispatchers will micromanage you and reporting false things about you .their trucks very old and beaten up.unsafe to drive and if you complain about it they will go ahead and firing you .you will be sitting 2-3 days waiting for one load ,they pay 25% per load but thier rate are low ,my advices to both o/o and company driver ,,do good search there are alots of trucking companies in midland and odessa that pays good and treat driver in respect and dignity.do not take a chance and work for tutle and tutle. You will loosing money, time, plus you will be humiliated and let go with or without reason .

Pros

Don't work for them if you want to make good money and drive clean ,will maintain trucks

Cons

Nothing good about this company

They have a mudhole yard in Pierce Colorado and a real smorgasbord of old trucks. Always advertising on Craig's scam and be prepared to get dirty and work hard.

Two loads all week hauling frac sand

My husband just went to work for tutle&tutle. The rates are really low. He is sitting most of the time. The truck is getting 68% of $450. They keep telling him things are going to pick up anytime now. So far he has gotten less than one load a day. I keep seeing ads they need 75+ trucks, they can't keep the few they have in PA working.
