Pros
With the right motivation and planning in their office it could be an average job. Was home 2 out of 4 weekends
Cons
Dispatch doesn’t plan ahead Told I would get paid for chaining and did not Promised $4-$6k week more like $3k 200 miles from home laid over 2-3 nights a week 3 short paychecks out of 4 eventually paid Could not get linehaul revenue amount in advance of taking load Constantly repairing their equipment myself or waiting for it to be repaired. Overloaded 4 times in 4 weeks Had to shuttle around trailers on multiple times for free as they were promising to pay for overloads, invalid trailer

Waste of time and money. I bought their recruiting hook line and sinker to be home daily. It was all recruiting for another truck. Stay away from this company
