After battling injuries from a Nov. 16 anhydrous ammonia leak, an Oklahoma driver has become the second fatality of the Rosemount, Minn., accident that killed his co-worker.
Ramsey County medical officials confirmed that Roy Thomas Taylor of Moore, Okla., passed away Nov. 30 from the exposure at CF Industries during loading. The accident killed Robert Shue of Kingfisher, Okla., on the scene as the two were working at the facility. Both men were drivers for High Pressure Transports.
Investigators are still looking into the accident, but suspect that a disconnection problem caused the deadly leak.
