Going back to OTR with Schneider Lease Purchase!

Regionals start now between $40-$50k, with some offering sign on bonuses and longevity bonuses too. I wouldn't be chasing it solely for the money. I think I'd have alot of fun flying.

I've always been in love with aviation, and my parents would buy me toy planes when I was a kid. My dad bought me a copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2000 when I was 7, and I became obsessed with it. Over the years he bought me FS2002, FS2004, and Flight Simulator X in 2007, and I've no doubt logged thousands of virtual flight hours in everything from gliders to props to jets. You could stick me into a Boeing 737 ####pit today and I'd be familiar with the layout. I could probably hand-fly the thing from takeoff to landing, and dabble a bit with the autopilot systems. But I'm not well-versed in things like taking the plane from cold and dark (engines and avionics off) to engines running and really for taxi, using the onboard navigation system, navigating taxiways, and reading back extended radio transmissions.

 

I just booked myself out until Sunday night and turned out well enough. Still technically have Monday to build on it unless I want a long load to start off the following settlement strong.

3102mi and $4815.16, $1.552/mi all miles from address to address on Google maps. Right now it shows I'll deliver my last load Monday morning instead of Sunday evening but I'm confident I can do it Sunday before I begin working on the week after.

Still had to work hard to figure out where and where not to go with what, but I feel like the board's rates and variety are slightly increasing. As evidenced, this would be my best gross settlement yet if everything goes according to plan.
