Speeding Ticket - Nevada - new rules can - SAVE YOU BIG MONEY

    Heads up --> there are New Regs - Speeding Tickets - today I went to hire an Attorney
    to fight a speeding ticket - long story short - I called the court, and they said my ticket was a ...

    RURAL TICKET - and there would be NO Court Costs - just pay a 75.00 fee for
    65 in a 70 MPH -------> also she said that if it was ** greater than 5 MPH over one would have to come to
    City Hall and pay the ticket IN PERSON or have an Attorney show up to pay the ticket NO COURT COSTS.

    also there are NO POINTS -- correct NO POINTS on your licence.

    NOTE: NOT VALID where population is 100,000 or more so you will have to check with the courts in your area.

    Advice:
    * when your getting ticketed -- be cool with the cops --- so you only get 5 Miles OVER the speed Limit
    when its over 5 mph - it starts getting EXPENSIVE.

    .... they said Trump is cutting the bureaucracy down, so Judges can work on other matters ?

    Just curious why you mentioned Trump when the law was passed in 2010. Does Trump have a flux capacitor that he isn’t telling us about? Is Bernie the Professor?

    Don’t know maybe the op thinks since he’s getting blamed for every thing wrong in The USA he should take credit for the good things passed before his time as well?

    all jokes aside, it could mean even if law was passed other things could have kept them from enacting it and since trump is on a reduction of regulation run, it could be some of the regulations he’s taken out have caused this law to be implemented faster.

    either way not enough info to state trump is the cause or effect.

    Does this only pertain to Nevada issued license?
    Would other states still consider these violations as moving violations?

    The ticket doesn't matter nearly as much as an inspection. Did you get one of those? If so, then the speeding violation will be on your PSP for all to see for the next three years.
