best load board?

    I have both and if were to pick one I would choose Truckstop. It has more freight for flatbed but I do think DAT is more user friendly with a better overall app.
    If you go with DAT you can get a discount through OOIDA.

    I see many of the same brokers on both but I also see some brokers that appear to just post on one board.
    In my area of Colorado it appears Truckstop has more loads and more brokers.

    I’ve had Truckstop for a month now. Considering cancelling because almost every load I’ve called on won’t accept me since my authority isn’t 6 months old. I’d probably get it again once I’ve passed the 6 month timeframe that they all care about. Haven’t had any experience with DAT but maybe I’ll give them a shot.

    Honestly if your new Ch and Tql will let you haul . They have their own load boards once you sign up . I use Dat mostly for lane prices and checking freight volumes in the area , after my first year I rarely book directly off the load boards .
