Why don't you ask the truck tire repair shops that run mobile service in the local area? Chances are, theres only maybe 3 or 4 of these shops within 20 miles.

By approximate time, exact date and location (i.e. southbound I-25 mile marker 16 or whatever) they would know who they provided service to, and could tell you the name of your witness's trucking company and unit number. Then call that company's safety department and explain your situation.

And as a question, why didn't you see someone sitting on the shoulder before you pulled over into them at high speed, no matter what your excuse was. Maintain the big picture. If you were paying attention to your driving, you should have seen his 4 way flashers on a 1000 yards away. You weren't driving your Honda Civic. Part or most of this accident is on you, 4 wheeler.

 

U ever seen them signs on truck that say DO NOT PASS ON RIGHT?? WELL this is why. If crete moved to left lane and u slammed on brakes to pass him on the right when u shouldve seen the broke down truck on shoulder and moved back to the left, but decided to turtle race crete down the right lane. just like any other ####### that we deal with out there everyday. No sympathy for ur stupidity. Trucks dont move over for no ####ing reason , even know u dumb 4 wheelers think we are just messing with u. Trust me they dont pay us enough to f with u morons. If u see a truck move over in front of u , there is a good reason for it and u should give him a couple minutes , he will move back over. Hope u learned ur lesson but probably not
