That is the most succinct summary of American culture that I have ever heard.

 

So when I was coming across. hmm, I-74 maybe, anyhow, there's a merge. I'm in the right lane, doing the speed limit. This peabrain in a new Cadillac comes up to merge, speed matched me in the merge lane, lays on his horn, speeds ahead into the gore zone to speed in front of me, flips me off out his drivers window.

WTF? They think we have rocket engines or something? I wasnt able to pull left due to, well, you know, TRAFFIC.

What an entitled prick.

 

The cap has broken in NE arkansas, SE missouri and parts of Kentucky etc. That means tornado watches are up in these areas. Going to be stormy today depending on how big those storms grow. It will be hours before the main show comes through.

 

You'd not be surprised at how many 4 wheelers I see cutting off TTs. It is just idiotic. I've always shown them a proper respect. Not just because of the job they do, but because I personally don't want to feel 80k of metal in my rear. I even have been driving my personal 4 wheeler like a TT, in prep for my CDL. Pretty much also increased my MPG by about 1-2 MPG

 

I know you mean CA, and I've logged probably 10K miles there.

IMHO, the worst drivers are in the deep south, followed by anyone driving a "status" car.

 

The worst drivers are in Boston, New York city 2nd

 

I swear all the idiots in FL drive on US 19 on the west coast. I used to drive that nightmare every day.
