You say the linkage rod is correct. How can you say that the linkage rod is correct when you don’t have the proper clearance between the throw out bearing and clutch break?
Not being a wise ### but you say you have installed correctly. Something just doesn’t ad up with that statement.
Wierd clutch problem.

Recess in flywheel is to small to allow damper hub to set in ... in other words they sold you wrong clutch

If the forks don’t touch the throwout, then linkage is off. Should be against clutch brake, when on floor. Need to release clutch to adjust.
