Guys who run 19 axle type jobs.

Not me, i'm not a driver. I know those guys though.

 

Back in the last boom those kind of loads were so common up here the novelty wore off. I kid you guys not it was not uncommon to see 3 or 4 a day headed up the highway. Some on trailers like that, most on those Goldhofer platform trailers.

 

Just imagine how the mechanic feels when its time to do wheel bearings or trailing arm bushings!

 

Truth! Takes two guys a half day to do alignment on our 9 axle Faymonvilles. Then another half to grease it. (Takes the boss 5 mins to knock it all out of wack.)

 

How many weeks to check tire pressure on that 19 axle?

 

Hahaha, it's a good thing the government doesn't require TPS on heavy trucks yet. Bet that warning light would be lit almost always.
