I know theres places that rebuild them but from what I've heard they dont last long .
I know new ones are a about 1000.00.
Depending on where you are and run I'd go to the apu center in strafford mo...google it .
I recently had them work on my carrier for an electrical issue nobody else could fix .

Actually they are $1600 at a Carrier dealer. They are heavy too. I had to go buy a low profile floor jack at Harbor Freight.

Somebody posted a rebuild kit on this forum once. Had I known one existed I would have tried to rebuild mine first before replacing it.

    bzinger Thanks this.

See if you can move the pulley up and down to see if bearings are bad. Never found anyone that could SUCCESSFULLY rebuild one of these. Usually best to buy a new one, $1500-$1600.

Did you get yours fixed? I'm having the same problem out of my comfort pro 6022 and I can't figure it out. My fuse is good
