so to the future tow bills. that walmart is on 485/16 (brookshire blvd) in charlotte, nc. the walmart is on lease property. walmart does not own the property. dont try the huntersville nc or the south tryon walmart either. or the new loves either.

A complaint needs to be filed against the towing company with the NC Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. And maybe signing their company phone number up for some unwanted phone calls, solicitation.

This needs to be brought to Walmart corporate leases property or not. The store manager should be able to handle who parks or not.
Check with the state if this is legal, some states regulate towing because some of them can be scammers.
Next step would be taking tow company to small claims court to get money back I bet Walmart will help.

Walmart won't help because Walmart doesn't own the property.
Those two clowns are using intimidation against drivers.
"You can't talk to the other truck driver parked beside you."
Who lets a tow truck driver get away with that?

This is just somewhat legal robbery. Back in the day, those two chumps would have gotten their butts whooped and forced to remove the boot. Now days if you puched em' they will haul your butt to jail.

as long as the leasee is making payments the leaser should have nothing to say as long as no laws are being broken that put someone’s life in imminent danger.
I wouldn’t have paid, and tow boy can’t tell me who I cannot talk to, he is not a law enforcement officer, and further more the “law” can’t tell you, you can’t talk to someone unless you’re being detained or arrested.
And you don’t have to answer questions.
